1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through the Flexblock online shop and define the contractual relationship between the customer and Vivamo GmbH, located at Herner Street.288, 44809 Bochum, Germany.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Product Description
Flexblocks are individually manufactured acrylic artworks based on digital files provided by the customer (NFTs). Each Flexblock includes:
A high-resolution UV-print on acrylic
A colored backplate
A permanently embedded NFC chip linking to on-chain verification
A unique verification page (public ID)
Please note:
Flexblocks are custom-made products. Small variations in color, print texture, or light refractions within acrylic are normal and part of the production process.
3. NFT Ownership
The customer is responsible for proving ownership of the NFT used for production. Flexblock only receives temporary access to:
Contract address
Token ID
NFT image URL (metadata)
Flexblock does not claim ownership of any NFT and does not store or transfer digital assets.
4. Order Process
An order is completed in three steps:
Customer verifies NFT ownership
Customer provides shipping details
Customer pays using the supported cryptocurrency (ETH)
After payment, the order enters production.
A tracking link will be provided once the product ships.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in ETH and updated dynamically based on the current EUR/ETH exchange rate.
Payment is processed through blockchain transactions.
A transaction is considered complete once it receives sufficient network confirmations.
Please note:
Gas fees are paid by the customer
Failed or incorrect transactions cannot be reversed by NFT Flexblock
6. Production Time
Flexblocks are handcrafted and produced on demand.
Typical production times: 6–12 business days.
Delays may occur due to:
Material availability
High order volume
Shipping carrier constraints
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are included.
Customs fees, import duties or taxes (depending on destination country) must be covered by the customer.
Once handed over to the carrier, the risk transfers to the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
Since each Flexblock is a custom product, the following applies:
No returns or refunds for custom-made products
No cancellations after production has started
Exceptions only in cases of:
Wrong item delivered
Production defects
Transport damage (with proper documentation)
In such cases, contact our support within 7 days of delivery and include photos.
9. Warranty
Flexblock guarantees high-quality materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover:
Wear from usage
Scratches caused by improper cleaning
UV discoloration due to direct sunlight
Damage from drops, pressure, or moisture
NFC functionality depends on third-party hardware and cannot be guaranteed for lifetime use.
10. Data Protection
We only store shipping details necessary to complete your order.
NFT-related data is used solely for production and verification and is not permanently stored beyond what is technically required.

11. Intellectual Property
The customer confirms they are authorized to reproduce the NFT artwork for personal use. Flexblock does not grant commercial rights or redistribute any content.
12. Liability
Flexblock is not liable for:
Delays caused by blockchain congestion
Errors in NFT metadata
Losses related to cryptocurrency price changes
Damages resulting from improper handling of the NFT Flexblock product
Intentional or gross negligence remains excluded from this limitation.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory laws of the customer’s residence apply.
